Bianco Zero Alcohol

Zero Alcohol Range

Made from Fiano grapes grown in Masso Antico’s vineyards, this wine is white vinified and then delicately dealcoholized using membrane technology to preserve its aromas and structure. Notes of orange blossom and rose on the nose; the palate is fresh, mildly sweet, and clean on the finish.

Rosso Zero Alcohol

Zero Alcohol Range

Made from Primitivo grapes vinified as red wine, this product undergoes gentle dealcoholization using membrane technology, preserving its structure and aromas. On the nose, strawberry and cherry notes emerge; the palate is structured, with soft tannins and lasting persistence.

Verdeca Chardonnay Organic

Organic line

Picked in early September, this wine undergoes fermentation partly in stainless steel and partly in contact with wood, followed by 3 months of lees aging. Straw yellow in appearance, it offers aromas of white-fleshed fruit. The taste is broad, structured, with a refined mineral touch.

Chardonnay Organic

Organic line

Harvested in early September, this wine ferments partly in steel and partly in wood, then ages 3 months on the lees. Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of apple, pear, and broom flowers. On the palate, it is well-structured and broad, with a naturally mineral finish.

Negroamaro Organic

Organic line

Made from organically grown, hand-picked Guyot-trained grapes, this wine ferments for 20 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Bright red with purple highlights, it offers aromas of blackberry and plum. Round and balanced on the palate, with a full and lasting finish.

Primitivo Organic

Organic line

Made from organically grown grapes in the heart of Salento, this wine ages 4 months in lightly toasted French oak tonneaux. Deep ruby red, it reveals aromas of plum and ripe cherry. Full-bodied yet smooth, with a long and velvety finish.

Negroamaro ICE

ICE Range, Linea special

Sparkling wine from white vinified Negroamaro grapes, softly pressed and re-fermented in autoclave. Straw yellow with greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. Notes of peach and wild rose on the nose; fresh, balanced and pleasantly savory on the palate.

Primitivo ICE

ICE Range, Linea special

Harvested in early September and vinified with care, this wine ferments at low temperature with short maceration to enhance freshness. Ruby red with violet hues, it offers aromas of strawberry and black cherry. Soft tannins and lively acidity give a clean, lasting finish.

Il Potere

Linea special

Masso Antico “Il Potere” is a Puglia IGT red aged for several months in French oak barriques. Ruby red with garnet hues, it offers floral notes and a rich, velvety taste. Full-bodied and structured, with unique tannins and remarkable smoothness.

Le Anfore

Linea special

Crafted from organically grown grapes hand-picked at Masso Antico’s estates, this wine is aged in cocciopesto amphorae and French and American oak barrels. Deep ruby red, it reveals notes of vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. Full, smooth, and beautifully balanced on the palate.

Primitivo Rosé

Original Range

Rosé made exclusively from Primitivo grapes, with brief skin contact and low-temperature fermentation. Elegant pink color with notes of strawberry, lime, and Mediterranean spices. Fresh, full-bodied and persistent on the palate.

Fiano da Uve Leggermente Appassite

Original Range

Crafted from hand-picked grapes, partially dried to enhance sugars and aromas, this wine matures in steel and oak for added complexity. Straw-yellow with notes of fruit, almonds and citrus. Fresh and balanced on the palate, with a long and pleasant finish.

Negroamaro da Uve Leggermente Appassite

Original Range

An intense red wine with purple hues, made from slightly dried Negroamaro grapes. The nose reveals ripe red fruit, floral and spicy notes; the palate is warm, velvety, and fresh, with a soft and persistent finish. Briefly aged in French oak.

Primitivo da Uve Leggermente Appassite

Original Range

An intense red wine made from slightly dried Primitivo grapes and aged in oak. It offers ripe fruit and spicy notes on the nose, with a full, smooth, and enveloping palate and a vanilla finish.
